Before your feet even touch the ground, place your hand over your heart. Why? This simple gesture sends an unmistakable signal to your body: It’s time for something new.
In this fleeting state between sleep and wakefulness, your brain is like fertile soil, ready to absorb whatever seeds you plant. For the first 20 minutes of your day, speak to yourself softly, as though whispering sacred truths:

As you repeat your declarations from the morning, add movement, if possible. Walk purposefully, gesture with intention. Your body needs to feel these truths as much as your mind does. Movement anchors the words, integrating them into your nervous system. Remember: You’re not just saying the words, you’re embodying them.
And here’s the key—throughout the day, you must become a vigilant guardian of your inner dialogue. The moment you catch a negative thought like “I can’t do this” or “This is too hard,” stop it in its tracks. Replace it with power: “I am capable.” “I find solutions easily.” Every word you speak to yourself matters. Every thought shapes the architecture of your mind.
Evening Protocol
As the evening sets in, between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, your brain enters its final cycle of openness. This is where the true magic happens. Find a quiet space, place your hand on your heart again, and review your day. Speak to yourself with gratitude:
“Today, I created new neural pathways. Today, I stepped closer to my new reality. Tomorrow will bring even greater transformation.”
Feel the weight of those words. Let them reverberate through you like a bell, each note dissolving old patterns and cementing the new. This emotional state is critical—it’s the glue that holds your transformation together.

What’s happening isn’t just motivational fluff—it’s biology. When you speak to yourself with intention, placing your hand on your heart, your body responds on a measurable level. Your heart begins to produce a harmonious rhythm, a state called coherence.
