Compelling attractiveness or charm that can inspire devotion in others - THAT is the definition of charisma and that also happens to be a way to describe charismatic Eureka Springs, Arkansas as well.
One of those delightful, magical destinations that glimmers during Christmas time, the winding streets of the Historic District of Eureka Springs are beautifully decorated.
This time of year the town truly comes to life with shimmering, blinking lights each evening all throughout this joyful season.
